Details:

Layering effect with Good Morning Magnolia

Today I wanted to share a simple layering technique using the Good Morning Magnolia set.  I have been playing with this bundle a lot.

Layer a 2 5/8" x 3 7/8" piece of Shimmer White on top of a of 5 1/4" x 4' piece of Shimmery White and stamp with Versamark and emboss with Silver Embossing powder.

Color the Magnolia with Petal Pink and Old Olive Stampin' Blends.  Attach a piece of ribbon to the Shimmer White and then attach it to a 3 3/4" x 4" piece of Petal Pink.  Attach this layer to the piece of Shimmery White.

Bloom & Grow White Wash

Today I am sharing a card with the new Bloom & Grow Stamp set.  This does come in a bundle, but for this card I only used one of the stamps.

On Night of Navy stamp with Versa Mark and emboss with White Embossing Powder.  To get the white wash effect I used the White Craft Stampin Pad and an Aqua Painter.  I like to use a block for my pallet.  Stamp the block in the Craft White Ink and use your Aqua Painter to paint with.  If it's not dark enough, you can let it dry and go back over with a second coat.

On a piece of scrap stamp your phrase and punch with circle punch.  Add ribbon,Silver Metallic Thread and a Rhinestone.

Good Morning Magnolia

Today I am sharing a card with the big Magnolia from the new Good Morning Magnolia set.  Unfortunately when this card was setting on my desk it tipped over and fell into the corner of the Rococo Rose Ink Pad.  Needless to say I was not very happy, but decided to share it anyway.  If it hadn't been finished I could have moved the ribbon over just a little.  Oh well, things like this happen!
 

On a piece of Whisper White stamp the large Magnolia with Basic Gray ink.

Then take Two clear blocks and a dab of the Frost White Shimmer Paint and a drop or two of the Seaside Spray  and Old Olive Ink refills. Mix separately on each block with an Aqua Painter. Then you just paint the Magnolia with an Aqua Painter and the mixture of Shimmer Paint and Ink Refill.
