Cut a piece of Chicken Wire elements to fit the bottom half of the basic gray and attach Mono Glue.  Add a piece of Washi Tape in the middle.  Die cut the layering oval out of the middle of the piece of Merry Merlot.  On a piece of Whisper White stamp phrase in Basic Gray and die cut with smaller oval.

Attach all layers. Attach Silver Metallic Thread behind Ovals and attach with Dimensionals.  Add a Frosted Epoxy Droplet.
