Watercolor Backgrounds - Stamped using the new Tropical Hideaway

 Hello,

It's World Watercolor Month!

Water coloring is so much fun!  i like to get set up and do a whole bunch of watercolor backgrounds at the same time, and then just stash them away for when you might need to make a quick card.

So...toady I am going to show you one of many different ways to do watercolor.  If you are interested in seeing a few more, you could join my monthly club.  This month we are using the Blessings of Home Bundle, and doing several different types of watercolor using the Chalk Soft Pastels.  You can find all the details about monthly club here.  OH....you want to sign up before Aug, st, 2022.  I will be increasing the price to $38.00.  But if you are already a monthly club member you will get locked in at the $36.00.  So, Join now!

Now...onto some water color samples.  You will also find a quick video at the end of this post.

This was the original one I started with.  I made in way back...not sure of what blues I specifically used.  I stamped it in Starry Sky.

The next three I did while making the video and then went back and made a few cards after they were dry.

This the background was made using Balmy Blue, Pool Party and Tahitian Tide.  I then stamped it with Tahitian Tide.  I think I could have stamped it in Memento, and had a much bolder look.

This one I used Balmy Blue, Pool Party and added Parakeet Party.  I stamped it in Parakeet Party.
This one I used Balmy Blue Pool Party Starry Sky, and Parakeet Party.  I stamped it in Starry Sky.

As you can see the sky is the limit on what you can do with watercolor.

It's SAB Time!!!

For every $50.00 you spend (before S&T) you will receive a free item and if you order $100 you will receive 2 $50.00 or 1 $100 out of the SAB catalog!!
