Pigment Sprinkles with the To A Wild Rose stamp set.

Today I am sharing how I used all six of the Pigment Sprinkles using the same technique and stamp set on each one.

The Pigment Sprinkles make it so easy to make a backgroud and then just some simple stamping.  I decided to keep it simple and do them all the same.

On Shimmery White I stamped the Rose with Versa Mark and then embossed with the Shimmer Black Embossing Powder.  Don't forget to use your Embossing Buddy first.  It does help to keep powder off other areas.  This is something I forget all the time.

I like to spritz my paper first then add the sprinkles.  There is no right or wrong way on which one to do first.  Either way will work and you can always go back and add more sprinkles or water.  I spritz the back just a little then flip it and spritz the front  If you spritz both sides just a little it helps to prevent your paper from curling.   Now sprinkle a little dab (and I mean a little) of the Pigment Sprinkles.  I used just one color on each card.  Spritz again and watch the action.  If you missed a spot, sprinkle a little more.  If you have water pooling, you can use a paper towel to dab the excess off.  I colored the Linen Ribbon with the Stampin Markers to match.

Mango Melody

Gorgeous Grape

Coastal Cabana

Melon Mambo

Daffodil Delight

Granny Apple Green

Stamp the phrase in Memento Black and punch with the Scalloped Punch.  For the Basic Black layer, punch with the 1 1/2" circle punch out of the center of the Basic Black layer.  Attach all layers and add bling!

What color is your favorite?

Pigment Sprinkles with Friend Like You

Today I want to share a few cards I did with the new Pigment Sprinkles and the Friend Like you Bundle.

The new sprinkles are very similar to the Brusho, but these are in our color's.

You get 6 color's: Bermuda Bay, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Gorgeous Grape, and Mango Melody.

For the first 2 card I used Mango Melody, Daffodil Delight and Melon Mambo.  On a piece of Water Color paper sprinkle just a little of all three powders and spritz with water.  If you want a little more of one color just add a little more of the sprinkles and spritz again.  Let dry or heat it with your embossing gun.  Stamp with Memento Black.  Attach Bakers Twin and layer.  On the Daffodil Delight Base layer I stamped the phrase first then ran it through the Subtle embossing folder.  Colored a pearl with the Black Stampin' Blends.

Here is another on with the same colors, but on Shimmery White.  I die cut the flower image out of Basic Black and attach with Mono glue.  Stamped the phrase with Memento attached ribbon and attached to layers.

The next two are with Bermuda Bay, Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green.  For this one I used the negative space from the one above and sponged the flower design on the piece of Shimmer White.  Stamped the phrase with Memento Black attach all layers and added bling.

This one is also on Shimmer White with the same colors.  I randomle stamped the dragon fly in Daffodil Delight and then die cut the Cattails out of a piece of Basic Black and a piece of Whisper White.  I sponged the whisper White piece with Daffodil Delight.  Attach both to the front of the Shimmer paper. I also sponged the Whisper White Bakers Twine.  Attach all layers.

I can't wait to do some playing with the new pigment sprinkles.  I see this as a fun easy way to make a background piece.
