Faded Shading with with Humming Along

Hello Stampers,

A couple weeks ago I posted a very simple card with this technique.  Click here is to see that one.  Today I wanted to share a couple more I made with this same technique.  I did this one with the same exact technique.  I die cut a template with the Rectangle Stitched Framelits.

On a piece of Shimmery White I lightly added my Calypso Coral ink with the Yoseng Makeup Brushes fading it out as you get towards the upper left side.  Stamp your phrase and the flowers with Memento Black.  This one I attached the Basic Black framelit over the top of the card.

The next two I did with a different template.  When I was at Office Depot  I found some Avery Sticker Sheets.  I cut a piece with the Rectangle Stitched Framelits and put that down on a piece of Shimmery White Card Stock.  Before attaching the sticky piece, I stuck it to my jeans to make it less sticky.  I didn't want it to peel the paper off underneath.  This seemed to work great.  Although using the card stock as a template does work, you do have to be careful of the edges.  Unless you do not want that crisp edge on the sides.  I used the same piece of sticker paper on several different cards.  So you do get more then one use out of it.

Now I have been trying to use some of the 2017-2019 in colors because they will be leaving us soon.  I used powder Pink with the Basic Gray on this one.

On this one I used one of my favorites Lemon lime Twist with Basic Black.  I will be sad to see this color leave.  It's been one of my favorites.
