Having fun with the Bokeh Dots

Today I am sharing a few cards that I designed around the Bokeh Dots.  I thought it was time to bring out something from the Annual catalog.  This time of the year we seem to forget all about what is still available in the Annual catalog.

On all four cards I used the Stamparatus to stamp the Bokeh Dots in Seaside Spray.  I stamped all the coordinating images and phrases in Memento Black.

On this one I die cut the stamped area out with one of the Stitched So Sweetly dies, then layered it on Basic Black.

On ll of them I added some kind of bling after assembling.  This is a quick way to stamp a bunch of cards at once.

All Adorned Card

Hello Stampers,

Before I share today's project I wanted to share a chart that Stampin' Up has provided us.  This question is asked quite frequently.  What ink should I use?

Now onto today's project.

I have to say I wasn't quite sure about this set and decided it was time to play with it.

 On a 3 1/2" square piece of Shimmery White stamp with the Stamparatus the corner stamp in Basic Gray and rotate 3 more times.  Making sure you line it up in the exact same place each time.  Now depending on what size of paper you stamp on, this stamp will line up differently where that x has formed.  If you make it a little bigger it will not cross, if you make it a little smaller it lines up with the curve.  (hope that all makes since)

With Lovely Lipstick stamp in the center of the Shimmery White piece.  On the 4' x 5 1/4" piece of Shimmery White stamp your phrase and punch it out.  Punch the Basic Gray out of a piece of scrap.   Attach all layers, and attach circles with dimensionals and add a Lovely Lipstick Enamel Dot.

Wonderful Romance

Hello Stampers,

Today I am sharing a card that could easily be mass produced.  The reason I say that is because I did that.  I am going to my first On Stage in April and will be doing several card exchanges.  I made 20 of these in a very shore period of time by using the Stamparatus.

With the Stamparatus on Shimmery White, I stamped the Bokeh Dots with Flirty Flamingo and then the flower from the Wonderful Romance with Memento Black.

Added some ribbon and assembled all layers.

Then added a few pearls!
