Painted With Love

OK, one more Valentines card before the big day.  As I said previously the DSP is so pretty you really don't need to much with it to turn it into a card.

• Stamp heart form Heat Happiness in Calypso Coral and die cut.
• Die cut a larger heart in Basic Black and the heart from Sunshine Wishes out of the  Gold Foil.
• Layer all the cardstock and DSP together.  
• Attach Basic Black heart first the attach the ribbon (free with $50.00 purchase from Sale-a-Bration) behind the Calypso Coral heart and layer it with dimensionals.
• Attach the Gold heart on top.

Sure Do Love You

Have you seen the new Painted with Love Specialty DSP.  Isn't it just gorgeous.  The paper makes a card all on it's own.

• Stamp the dotted heart in Calypso Coral and die cut.
• Die cut two more smaller hearts out of the Gold Foil Sheets.
• Stamp the words on Whisper White with Versa Mark and emboss with Gold Embossing Powder. (This phrase is from the January Paper Pumpkin)
• Punch with the new Tailored Tag Punch.
• Punch a separate piece out of Basic Black and cut down the middle to layer it it.
• Attach all layers.
• Attach the hearts
• Attach the Gold Sequins Trim and the Gold Metallic Thread to the back of the Basic Black piece and attach that with dimensionals.

Heart Happiness

Valentines Day is just around the corner and I just realized I have not shared any Valentines cards yet. So today I am going to share one.

I know not your typical red or pink Valentine card.  I used Pool Party and Basic Gray.  I also brought out one of my favorite background stamps Timeless Texture.

• On a piece of Shimmery White Cardstock stamp the lines in Basic Gray.
• Take the splatter background stamp from the new Waterfront stamp set and randomly stamp in Pool Party.
• Randomly stamp the hearts in Basic Gray
• Stamp the dotted heart in Pool Party and the striped in Basic Gray and die cut.
• Stamp the words in Pool Party (The words are from the January Paper Pumpkin set).
• Layer up two squares and die cut out of a piece of pool party.
• Attach all pieces.  I used dimensionals on the the striped heart.
• Attach ribbon and assemble.
• Add a few Basic Pearls.
