Falling Leaves with Color Your Season

Today I am sharing a card from the Color Your Seasons bundle available from Aug. 1st -31st, or while supplies last.

 

I used the Watercolor Pencils and an Aqua Painter to color all the leaves.

Randomly stamp the leaves with Versa Mark on a piece of Shimmery White and emboss with Copper Embossing Powder.  Color the leaves with Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry and Cherry Cobbler and then blend with the Aqua Painter.  I die cut the leaves from the Copper Foil and Vellum.  I colored the Vellum leaves with the Cajun Craze and the Aqua Painter.  Stamp Sentiment in Versa Mark and emboss with Copper Embossing Powder.  Die cut sentiment and the same one out of the center of the Early Espresso layer.  Before attaching die cuts and ribbon run it through the Subtle Embossing Folder.  Now Assemble.

Stampin' Palooza Registration

Now I want to share today's project.  I did another card with the new Color Your Seasons Set.

I also used the new Watercolor Pencils and a Aqua Painter.

On a piece of Shimmery White stamp the flower randomly with Black Staz On Ink.  Color the flowers with the Coastal Cabana and Daffodil Delight and the leaves with the Old Olive.  With a wet Aqua Painter blend everything together.  Do not soak the paper just use the wet tip of the Aqua Painter.

I randomly stamped the splatter from the Birthday Background set with Daffodil Delight. Stamp sentiment in Black Staz On and die cut.  Die cut a piece of the same from Basic Black and cut in half to add to each end.  Color a piece of Whisper White ribbon with Coastal Cabana Ink and a Dauber.

Color Your Seasons Bundle

The Watercolor Pencils come in the following colors:

Balmy Blue Cajun Craze, Cherry Cobbler, Coastal Cabana, Crushed Curry, Flirty Flamingo, Garden Green, Gorgeous Grape Granny Apple Green, Night of Navy.

I stamped on black with Versa Mark and embossed with Black Embossing Powder.

Then you color with Watercolor Pencils.  I used Balmy Blue and highlighted the flowers with Night of Navy.  I colored the leaves with Granny Apple Green and the center of the flowers with Daffodil Delight.

I embossed the piece of Whisper White with the Subtle Embossing folder.  I know it is really hard to see what that looks like, but the name says it all.  SUBTLE!  Attached ribbon and layers.
