Scribble

This idea came from Becky @ Scrappin&Stampin, thanks for the idea.

I used the new Water Color pencils & just scribbled Bermuda Bay, Pacific Point, Old Olive, , Daffodil Delight, & Just a little Melon Mambo onto a piece of Shimmer White.  Then with an Aqua Painter just go across the whole thing.

Die cut the scribble die out of a piece of Whisper White & attach it on top of the Shimmer paper, before you attach it, go across  that area with Wink of Stella.  This piece is the same size as the shimmer paper.

Attach Your ribbon, add words & a little bling.

Gorgeous Grunge & Happy Valentines Day

So the past few days I have been working on Valentines Day cards.  I wanted to put the new
Sealed with Love bundle to good use.  Today I am going to share a card using one of my favorite stamp sets...Gorgeous Grunge.  It is so versatile.

As you can see I just stamped the lines with Crumb Cake & the dots with Real Red & the string of hearts from Sealed with Love in Real Red.  Die cut the swirl from the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits in Crumb Cake & Real Red & die cut a circle from Layering Circles, stamp Happy Valentines Day & assemble.

Holiday Wreath

My inspiration for this card came from Billie @ Rambling Rose Studio.  But I added my own little flair to it.  Pool Party & Crumb Cake go so well together.

When a new catalog comes out, we tend to focus on all the new stuff.  I thought this was a great ideas to use a few item from the annual catalog.

I distressed the edges with scissors, SU used to carry a fancy gadget that you could do this with (yes I have it)  but I liked to results of the scissors better.  This way I can also demo that at a class.  I also did a little spritzing on the wreath & ferns.  I know it's really hard to show that in a photo.
